HOW WILL I ACCESS THE ONLINE CONFERENCE?
>> PheedLoop Virtual Event Platform (Available March 3) – The online conference will be hosted on the PheedLoop Virtual Event Platform. A username and password will be emailed by March 3.
>> SCHED (This website) – Attendees may view the program and build a personal schedule for in-person attendance. All times listed on Sched are in Central Time (local Austin time zone)
This session will be available on-demand at the start of the conference. During this timeslot, the authors will be on the Online Conference Platform to answer text-based Q&A.
While E-resource and Technical Services Librarians spend a great deal of time troubleshooting technical problems, this work is often not reflected well in annual reporting and assessment. A form based system can be used to both track these kinds of problems and highlight the time and effort spent working on them.
