HOW WILL I ACCESS THE ONLINE CONFERENCE?
>> PheedLoop Virtual Event Platform (Available March 3) – The online conference will be hosted on the PheedLoop Virtual Event Platform. A username and password will be emailed by March 3.
>> SCHED (This website) – Attendees may view the program and build a personal schedule for in-person attendance. All times listed on Sched are in Central Time (local Austin time zone)
This session will be available on-demand at the start of the conference. During this timeslot, the authors will be on the Online Conference Platform to answer text-based Q&A.
Streaming video renewals present a challenge for librarians, because licenses vary in length and start/end throughout the year. To centralize the process, we use the workflow management tool Trello to track purchase requests, payment, cataloging, usage and renewal inquiry, and communication with selectors and other departments, including course reserve notifications.
